Kirby Sweater Girl

Planning for this concept started back in May 2019, where I was inspired to design a costume with a sweater designed with the colors of the Nintendo character, Kirby.
The concept began as an exercise for practice drawing with the XP-Pen Star G640S. I put the design on hold after the third revision (see image captions) and picked it back up when I acquired the Apple iPad Air (3rd Generation) in December 2019.
After working on the fourth iteration, I decided to restart the design one more time after realizing that the character and the backdrop was not working well together, despite the amount of work that was put into them.
